What We’re All About

Simply GF Kitchen is a home-based bakery serving Wellington and Palm Beach County since 2019.  We use only the healthiest ingredients available, including whole grain flours and organic ingredients whenever possible.  We strive to ensure our products match or exceed the taste, texture and flavor of their gluten counterparts.

We understand that not all gluten free individuals are the same.  Many have other allergies to account for - dairy, nuts, eggs, rice flours, soy, etc.  We can tailor most of our products to meet the needs of our customers that have other *free-from* requirements.​

One final note on our philosopy - I believe in charging a reasonable price for the products I make.  One of our frustrations when we went gluten-free was the exorbitant cost of gluten free products that frankly didn't taste that great.  We use high quality ingredients and innovative recipes to bring you delicious baked goods that won't break the bank.

Meet the Pastry Chef & Owner

Hi!  I am Meredith, and I am the pastry chef / owner / gluten free guru here at Simply GF Kitchen.  We moved to a 100% gluten free diet after my daughter was diagnosed with celiac.  As a 9-year old, it seemed like the end of the world - birthday parties, school lunch, and eating out suddenly became challenging.  I started tinkering with any recipes I could find, trying to recreate the taste and texture of our favorite foods using gluten free substitutes.  If you've tried it, you know it is no small task.

I spent (and still spend!) hours in the kitchen testing recipes and toying with ingredients.  I make my own flour blends - we have 10+ at this point - because cookies and bread and cakes and pastries all require different components in order to produce a great tasting product.  And when you bite into that dessert, you'll find yourself thinking 'oh my goodness, this is really gluten free'?
